We ship UK wide - Our prices are £6.99 for standard delivery in England however these do vary for Scotland and Northern Ireland. You can use our shipping calculator tool to give you an exact shipping cost before checkout. All orders over £150 are eligible for free UK delivery.
All shipping time frames are given as an approximate guide. We aim to deliver most items within 7-12 working days, with the exception of specialist items where this may take longer.
Where items are available on pre-order, this information, with the expected lead time provided by the supplier, will be displayed in the product description.
We will keep all customers updated as to when their items have been shipped, and appreciate your patience if there are any delays.
We use ParcelForce for our primary shipping, and a specialist courier for larger / fragile items.
We are currently only able to offer local pickup from our warehouse during the hours of Monday-Friday: 09.30-17.00.

With the exception of damaged or faulty products (see below), return postage must be organised, and costs covered, by the customer.
A returns form can be downloaded here and should be included with the returned item(s).
Items must be returned to Reclaimed Reloved in ALL of the original packaging within 14 days of delivery, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all possible care is taken that goods are returned to us in their original condition. If goods are returned to us damaged, a deduction, up to the value of the item, will be made to account for the diminished value of the item(s).
Once the returned item has been received, a replacement will be issued if requested or the money will be reimbursed to the original payment method.
Damaged / Faulty Goods:
Please note that if your item is damaged or faulty it must be reported by email to email@example.com within 2 days of receipt of goods. We will need a written description and both interior and exterior photos of the damaged good(s) and packaging for us to be able to review. If accepted, we will arrange for collection of the item(s) and once received back at our warehouse a replacement will be issued unless agreed otherwise.
Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to process.
